Actuarial services

We offer consulting services on all issues relating to company and private retirement provisioning. Our subsidiary, Aktuar Versicherungsmathematik GmbH, performs assessments on behalf of our clients on pension obligations and life annuities as well as provisioning for pensions, and employee severance pay and bonuses in accordance with the Austrian Commercial Code, tax law, IFRS and US-GAAP. We assess pension fund projections and conduct internal reviews regarding the transfer of employee severance pay provisions into employee pension funds. We also act as experts in these fields.

Consulting on reorganization and insolvency

In times of economic crisis, it is important to have a committed and goal-oriented advisor. The TPA Horwath team delivers a wide range of services for preparing and auditing going concern value and financial projections as well as providing consulting on reorganization, restructuring and concepts for continuing operation. We provide support in reorganization and insolvency, assisting in accounting, payroll accounting and the preparation of the financial statements. Furthermore, we prepare insolvency statistics and expert opinions on the point in time of over-indebtedness and in connection with defences raised, management liability, etc.
